My favorite food truck in Bend. My only regret is that it’s not open more days and longer hours. Love the chicken bahn mi sandwiches. Take it across the parking lot to eat inside the brewery tasting room if it’s a super hot afternoon. Otherwise, you can walk deeper into the far end of the parking lot and enter a grassy area with facilities for picnics (but the restaurant beepers don’t work that far away, so wait until you have your food first.)

These is my favorite spot to get a banh mi. I rarely make it out there, but when I'm on that side of town, I always pick up one up. I always order their chicken banh mi and have never disappointed. Highly Recommend
